BBQ

Stunning weather here!

Had full BBQ last night with family around then got up this morning and had a BBQ breakfast - bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, eggs, tomato....

Yum!

Re: BBQ

Can I mention bad food? Or food that's bad for you? Sausage cooked in bacon grease, fluffy pancakes with teeth-rotting syrup, cholesterol-laden eggs, um... heh heh smile

Quite miserable, really.

Aren't we healthy... hmm I had oatmeal, if it's any comfort. Now there's an unappealing bowl of glop if ever I saw one. But it gives me energy and all that nonsense.

Re: BBQ

The weather is rubbish here at the moment, so I'm doing an indoor BBQ today.

Currently have a rack of ribs slow cooking in the oven, covered with my own recipe dry rub and BBQ sauce to go on later.  The jerk chicken is marinating and the Angus beef mince is ready to shape into home made burgers.

Re: BBQ

Cooked up a large pan of BBQ pork chop the other night ... three days of good food! Mix in some nice green/orange/yellow peppers, some good cheese, and other good treats.

Re: BBQ

Love peppers with BBQ. Gives it a nice crunch, and color. Pork chops, yum. Store had a buy one get one free special, so I stocked up.
